PARIS FAIR WITH THE LOOK OF ILUSI30 January 2020

A breathtaking event is behind us. The great dream of presenting yourself at the prestigious trade fair related to furnishings and interior architecture has just come true. We showed ILUSA to the world! In the space of several Maison & Objet exhibition zones (a total of 8 halls), a real paradise for interior architects, design lovers and enthusiasts of good solutions has emerged among exhibitors from around the world. And among them our furniture pearls from the SENSO KIDS children’s collection and the LINEA furniture line.

Over 80,000 visitors came to the French capital to see the latest and most exciting interior designs. We were also overwhelmed by a wave of admiration, inspiration, and reflection that it is fantastic to be at the heart of interior design trends, among people who admire and love what we do, and next to design stars from around the world.

Every year, new insights and exciting topics appear, and these 5 days are the perfect time to learn about design-related innovations.

The January Maison & Objet chose the invigorating and future-oriented (RE) GENERATION theme to express the possibilities of 2020 and highlight the direction in which design is heading and define the challenges for contemporary design. This event was extremely diverse and rich in constantly surprising solutions and material combinations, but we can admit that our furniture could still stand out from the crowd and bring many smiles on the faces of visitors. We looked at some of the outstanding proposals, we found key trends that will shape the appearance and style of apartments over the next few years.

In 2020, the first violin will play the issue of sustainable design, associated with awareness of climate change. Small regional productions and handicrafts are hot. We strongly support this type of initiative, because we create furniture on a micro scale, in a thoughtful way, focusing on simplicity, durable solutions, regional materials and the use of the local workforce.

“Simplicity requires a lot of hard work” – said Cypriot designer Michael Anastassiades, creating for the FLOS brand, awarded by the M&O jury the title of designer 2020, who uses simple shapes: lines and circles in his works, not to distract, but to arouse curiosity and strengthen interactions. A similar message is carried by our ILUSI furniture, which is why lamps designed by Michael (IC Lights or Overlap lamps) appear in our arrangements, constituting a harmonious complement to space.

Current fashion focuses on wood, glass and brass, design takes on earth colors, including energetic green, which is a strong point in our LINEA collection. The prevailing trend for monochrome interior arrangements (furniture and walls in one color) also appealed to us, because we know that good color can do a lot and completely change the interior. Subdued forms of children’s furniture are a coherent complement to the interiors created in the spirit of minimalism, which this year is and will be loud.

We are glad that we are up to date with new products in the field of design and are following the right path, thanks to which we can meet the expectations and bring a timeless and practical form of beauty to your interiors, enriched with a new dimension – sensorics. While visiting the fair, we did not notice that the brands as far as we focused on satisfying all senses.

We felt that topic experts appreciate the values of ILUSI, we collected a bouquet of good opinions and valuable sentences that allow us to develop and create. Particular attention was paid to great design, beautiful colors and excellent workmanship of our products – i.e. what we focus on creating ILUSI.

Thank you for being with us and value what we do for you. And now, filled with freshness and new energy, we continue to act, presenting ILUSI with new challenges.

Merci beaucoup!
