What is the lead time?
The average waiting time for furniture is about 6 weeks after placing an order, but the time may be extended in case there are more orders. After placing an order, we will send you information about the specific date of planned delivery and will inform you about the status of the order by e-mail.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Of course. We are at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at +48 506 113 594. We are open for any questions. We also encourage you to send us an e-mail with your inquiry. After determining the scope of the order, we will send you an offer with a quotation of the products and purchase instructions.
Are there any stationary shops or showrooms where I can see ILUSI products live?
We don’t have a stationary store at the moment. The idea of ILUSI is online. However, we understand the need to see the products live, so our furniture can be seen in Showroom DESIGN | D 10 in Gliwice and in FORUM DESIGN in Krakow. We are doing our best to create a Showroom in Kielce – a place where furniture is designed and produced and to place our products in friendly showrooms. We’ll inform about all changes on our blog or funpage.
Can I order a different colour and size of fronts or furniture than shown on the ILUSI page?
In the LINEA collection from the FURNITURE department, you can choose your color from the presented RAL palette with a matte or glossy finish:

As standard, the legs are made in gold. On special request, we can also make them for you in copper.
Just contact us to arrange the details. We don’t provide changing the size.
As far as children’s furniture from the SENSO collection is concerned, we do not make custom-made furniture in other colours and sizes. We make every effort to ensure that our furniture is perfectly composed, so we focus on selling the collections presented on our website. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with our full offer on the website in the Products tab.
I ordered the ILUSI furniture. In what form will it be delivered to me and will it need to be filed?
ILUSI furniture is made entirely in our studios and is sent to you 100% folded and safely packed. After delivery, you just need to unpack and tightenined the legs/frames by yourself. Then it remains only place furniture in their final location to make your eyes happy for a long time and enjoy their beauty.
How to take care of furniture, fronts and wall panels ILUSI?
The furniture and fronts of ILUSI are mostly made of lacquered or overprinted mdf board. To enjoy their beautiful appearance, use a soft cloth, lightly moistened with possibly non-invasive detergent. Please do not scrub the elements, do not use sharp sponges, do not scratch. ELUSI shall not be liable for improper care of the products by the User.
Can I change my order?
Yes, you can change your order, but only within 48 hours after placing it. Subsequent changes may affect the additional costs associated with starting up the production process. In any emergency, please contact us on: +48 506 113 594 from Monday to Sunday, 10:00 – 16:00.
What should I do if the shipment arrives damaged?
In such a case, you must report the damage to the courier for him to draw up a damage report. We suggest that you check the goods immediately, at the courier. If there is visible damage, the courier will immediately write down the protocol and take the package back at our expense. If the goods are checked later and there is a need to report a complaint, you should fill in the complaint form available on the website in the Complaints tab.
Is it possible to send goods abroad?
Absolutely. We are a Polish manufacturer, but we strive for our furniture to be hosted in homes around the world. More information can be found in the Delivery section.
