HOW TO USE VOUCHER

You’ve got a voucher? Lucky You!

If you have a ILUSI voucher but aren’t sure how to spend it, don’t panic.
Redeeming your voucher has never been so easy, follow the few simple steps below.

1. Write to us at hello@ilusi.eu and indicate the product you are interested in. Remember to include a unique number of your voucher in the message.

2. In response, you will receive a message with information about the normal and reduced price.

3. If you decide to buy the selected piece of furniture, just inform us to receive your individual order number along with the necessary details to make the transfer.

4. We will inform you when the transferred amount will be credited to our account. It will be a sign that we are carrying out your orders and the product you have chosen will be delivered within 21 days (the time may be longer due to the large number of orders).

5. Remember that you have time until June 30, 2020 to place your order and use your €100 gift voucher.
